9. It shall be noted that tower hoisting shall not be carried out in case of lightning, rainstorm, dense fog and gale above level 6

III. ten prohibitions

1 Unskilled technicians are not allowed to command pole erection

2. It is not allowed for workers without high-altitude operation certificate or personnel without high-altitude security tools to work on poles

3. It is not allowed for the staff to play tricks or joke on the site, which will hinder the safety of pole erection

4. Pole erection is not allowed unless the site layout is inspected by the pole erection commander or the pole erection safety supervisor

5. Poles and towers that are not completely assembled shall not be erected without permission

6. Hemp rope shall not be used as temporary stay wire for upright pole

7. It is not allowed to use unreliable rock or tree stump exposed to the ground as pole anchor

8. It is not allowed to replace the permanent stay wire without fixing the temporary stay wire

9. Pole erection is not allowed without supplementary measures for pole erection under special terrain conditions

10. The tension pole and tower shall not be tightened until the temporary stay wire and permanent stay wire are set

Section IV Safety Measures for disassembling upright

1 The arrangement of decomposition upright must comply with the provisions of the construction design scheme

2. The arrangement of holding pole stay wire shall not hinder the lifting and positioning of the pole. The temporary stay wire of the pole erected first shall not be obstructed before hoisting

3. The climbing rope and temporary stay wire of the suspended pole shall be wound on the anchor pile for control, and shall not be controlled only by people

4. The position and inclination of the holding pole shall be adjusted to the specified position before the pole is erected, and the holding pole stay wire shall not be adjusted during the pole erection

5. When it is necessary to rotate the pole, the temporary stay wire shall be properly loosened and fixed before rotation. It is not allowed to rotate the pole to adjust

6 When the cross arm is butted on the pole or the cross arm is connected with the hoop, the ground personnel are allowed to work on the pole with the stay wire of the piezoelectric pole, and the pole is adjusted with the stay wire when it is not large

7. Only after the permanent stay wire of the pole is installed and tightened can the pole be used to remove the holding pole and lifting sling
