Safety technology for concrete pole erection

I. safety regulations for row poles

1 When the rod section moves laterally or clockwise, the rod section shall have two supporting points, and both sides of the supporting pad shall be covered with wooden wedges at any time

make the oil flow back to the oil tank from the oil pump main cylinder through the oil return valve

2 One person shall command the rolling rod section and act in a unified manner. No one shall be in front of the rolling rod section

3. When the front of the rolling pole is a downhill or a scarp, braking measures must be taken, such as using a rope or setting a wooden pile to block the moving direction

4. When the lever section is moved with a crowbar, it shall be prevented from slipping and injuring people. Do not insert the iron crowbar into the embedded hole to rotate the rod body

4. The power supply must be cut off when the electric welding machine changes the joint, shifts the working place or breaks down

5. After the work, the power supply must be cut off, the workplace and its surroundings must be inspected, and the personnel can leave only after confirming the fire danger

6. Welders with wet clothes are forbidden to weld. It is strictly forbidden to weld in the open air or in the rain

v. regulations on welding at heights

3. Welder working platform shall be set for high-altitude welding, and protective rail shall be provided

4. Special personnel shall be assigned to supervise and cooperate on the ground during operation

5. Meanwhile, relevant regulations on work at heights shall be implemented

section II safety measures for ground assembly

the following provisions shall be observed when handling objects on site:

(1) before handling, check whether there are people working around and other obstacles to avoid collision

(2) when handling, you can learn faster even if you solve it. Pay attention to observe the walking path, whether there are ditches and ridges, and avoid missing, slipping and falling

(3) when two people lift and transport the components, they should use the same side shoulder to lift and achieve the same lifting and falling

(4) when more than one person lifts and transports the components, they should follow the same steps and have one person to command

the on-site commander must be set up for the ground assembly to be responsible for the overall safety work on site. Field assembly personnel shall wear gloves and full caps. When aligning the screw hole, it is forbidden to put your fingers into the hole. It is forbidden to throw tools, components, bolts, pads, etc. from the ground to each other or from top to bottom. When the upper and lower layers work at the same time, the upper layer operators shall prepare tool bags, and it is strictly prohibited to throw tools and iron pieces downward

during ground assembly, when it is necessary to lift components with wooden holding poles, a special person shall be assigned to command and clarify the division of labor, and each part shall have a special person to control the rope. All anchor piles shall be used only after being checked and approved by the commander. No one is allowed to stay under the lifting components

when assembling components on wooden bent, bamboo ladder shall be used to go up and down when the height is more than 2m. The operators on and off the bent shall cooperate with each other, and they shall greet each other when transferring materials. The receiving personnel shall hold on to the feeding personnel before they let go, so as to prevent injuries caused by falling components

section III safety measures for preventing pole fall tower

pole fall accident of power transmission line is a kind of malignant accident encountered by all construction units. It not only damages the materials and equipment, but also leads to casualties. The construction personnel of power transmission lines have summarized many experiences on how to prevent pole falling accidents

since the pole fall accident occurs not only in the process of tower erection, but also in the process of wire replacement, pole adjustment and stringing, the safety measures to prevent pole fall proposed here are applicable to the whole process of line construction. Generally speaking, the measures to prevent tower falling accidents are "to observe three disciplines, adhere to ten precautions and do ten prohibitions"

I. abide by the three disciplines

1 Observe the construction organization discipline and follow the command in all actions

2. Abide by labor discipline, stick to the post, concentrate and complete the work of the post with dedication

3. Abide by the technical discipline, adhere to the design and construction according to the safety regulations, acceptance specifications, design drawings and construction process, keep improving the construction quality and focus on the prevention of safety work

II. Adhere to the ten notes

1 Note that the center of the total traction anchor, the top of the holding pole, the center of the tower structure (the straight π pole is the cross arm center, and the straight single pole is the axis of the pole body), and the center of the brake anchor must be in the same vertical plane

2. Pay attention to that the excavation of berm shall meet the requirements of pole erection. It is required that the height difference, length and gradient of the Packway with π shaped pole shall be consistent

3. Note that the ground anchor and anchor pile must be set according to the construction design requirements, and reinforced according to the site terrain and geological conditions

4. Note that the specifications of tools and instruments, binding points, connection methods, etc. at each part must meet the construction design requirements, and should be checked before each pole erection

5. Pay attention to listen to the command when the brake rope and three side stay wire are loosened, and be stable, uniform, timely and coordinated

6. Pay attention to the safety of the pole at four critical moments: the impact test at 0.5m above the ground of the pole head, the vibration when the holding pole fails to take off its cap, the rear stay wire from the pole to 70, and the traction stops when the pole reaches 80 ~ 85

7. Pay attention to the adjustment of the pole, installation or replacement of permanent stay wire, backfill and other work after the pole is upright, which must be monitored by a specially assigned person to prevent misoperation

8. Attention shall be paid to the tidiness and clarity of the construction site. Excess tools and materials shall be removed from the pole range to achieve civilized construction

9. It shall be noted that tower hoisting shall not be carried out in case of lightning, rainstorm, dense fog and gale above level 6

III. ten prohibitions

1 Unskilled technicians are not allowed to command pole erection

2. It is not allowed for workers without high-altitude operation certificate or personnel without high-altitude security tools to work on poles

3. It is not allowed for the staff to play tricks or joke on the site, which will hinder the safety of pole erection

4. Pole erection is not allowed unless the site layout is inspected by the pole erection commander or the pole erection safety supervisor

5. Poles and towers that are not completely assembled shall not be erected without permission

6. Hemp rope shall not be used as temporary stay wire for upright pole

7. It is not allowed to use unreliable rock or tree stump exposed to the ground as pole anchor

8. It is not allowed to replace the permanent stay wire without fixing the temporary stay wire

9. Pole erection is not allowed without supplementary measures for pole erection under special terrain conditions

10. The tension pole and tower shall not be tightened until the temporary stay wire and permanent stay wire are set

Section IV Safety Measures for disassembling upright

1 The arrangement of decomposition upright must comply with the provisions of the construction design scheme

2. The arrangement of holding pole stay wire shall not hinder the lifting and positioning of the pole. The temporary stay wire of the pole erected first shall not be obstructed before hoisting

3. The climbing rope and temporary stay wire of the suspended pole shall be wound on the anchor pile for control, and shall not be controlled only by people

4. The position and inclination of the holding pole shall be adjusted to the specified position before the pole is erected, and the holding pole stay wire shall not be adjusted during the pole erection

5. When it is necessary to rotate the pole, the temporary stay wire shall be properly loosened and fixed before rotation. It is not allowed to rotate the pole to adjust

6 When the cross arm is butted on the pole or the cross arm is connected with the hoop, the ground personnel are allowed to work on the pole with the stay wire of the piezoelectric pole, and the pole is adjusted with the stay wire when it is not large

7. Only after the permanent stay wire of the pole is installed and tightened can the pole be used to remove the holding pole and lifting sling
