Safety technology for the connection between the mixed lifting inclined shaft and the ventilation inclined shaft

9. During the implementation of penetration, when one side of the local fan for air supply stops due to fault, the tunnel penetration shall be stopped immediately, and the penetration can be continued only after the local fan ventilation is restored

10. Before the tunneling tunnel is cut through, when the distance is 20m, the operation of one working face must be stopped, and the preparation for adjusting the ventilation system must be made. During the connection, a specially assigned person must give unified command on the site. The working face where excavation is stopped must maintain normal ventilation and be provided with fences and warning signs

11. Strengthen the gas inspection of the working face. Each shift of the working face shall arrange a full-time gas inspector to inspect the gas of the working point and the roadway on the penetrated side according to the routine. The inspection times of each shift shall not be less than three times

12. Each shift of the tunnel penetration operation site must have a leader to follow the shift to coordinate the relevant work. The principle of long exploration and short excavation shall be followed. The small section shall be connected first, and then the section shall be expanded

13. During construction, operators shall take good care of ventilation facilities to ensure that the air volume of the working face is not affected
