Safety technical regulations for riggers

I. General safety requirements

1. Lifting personnel must be in good health. Patients with neurological disorders, heart hypertension and visual and auditory diseases should not be engaged in lifting work

2. The lifting personnel shall be trained professionally, pass the examination and obtain the safety operation certificate before engaging in lifting operations

3. Before work, you must wear safety helmet, work clothes and gloves, and strictly check whether various equipment, tools and riggings are safe and reliable. Overload use is not allowed, and hemp rope is not allowed to be used for mechanical transmission

4. The on-site power equipment must be reliably grounded and well insulated. The voltage of mobile lamps should use safe voltage

5. Multi person operation shall be commanded by a specially assigned person. The commander must keep in mind and abide by the relevant provisions of "factory safety and health regulations", "crane safety management regulations", "construction safety engineering technical regulations" in which the instrument can also be used to conduct impact control tests on samples of the same material and specification to identify the quality of materials. During the work, unified signals shall be provided, the disclosure shall be clear, and the command shall be strictly followed

6. When lifting the work objects, first check whether the binding is firm. A pad shall be set at the point where the rope passes through the sharp edges and corners, and then try to lift it 0.5m away from the ground. After checking and confirming that it is stable and reliable, it can be lifted

7. The lifting derrick shall be used for correct positioning, and the back cover shall be firm. Torsion, bending, sinking and tilting are not allowed after being stressed 16 Local size (L × W × H mm):2100 × one thousand two hundred and sixty × 2000, etc

8. When using jacks, the bottom base should be solid and placed stably. Wooden blocks should be placed between the top cover and the heavy objects. They should be jacked slowly and padded along with the jacking. When multiple jacks are jacked, the action should be consistent

9. At least three wind cables shall be used, and the fixed position shall be firm. It is not allowed to tie them to the poles, electromechanical equipment, pipe supports, etc. If it is required to be fixed on the site building component, it shall be approved by the relevant department with and perpendicular to the axis of the sample. The included angle between the wind rope and the ground shall be less than 45 ℃ after tension

10. When horizontally rolling heavy objects, the ground must be flat, the sleeper pad must be pressed hard, and the steel pipe should be round. When it is necessary to move the steel pipe with a hand board, the fingers should be placed in the pipe, and no one is allowed to stand in front of or behind the object

11. Warning lines shall be set in the lifting area, and obvious "warning signs" shall be hung to prevent non staff from passing through. When the wind reaches force 6, it is strictly prohibited to carry out outdoor lifting

12. Before the lifting object is in place and fixed, it is not allowed to leave the work post, and it is not allowed to interrupt the work when the sling is stressed or the lifting object is suspended

13. When the suspended object is suspended, it is forbidden to stay or pass under the suspended object or cantilever, and no one is allowed to stand in front of the winch, pulley and index steel wire rope

14. When working at heights or using other mechanical and electrical equipment, the safety operation regulations for work at heights shall be observed

15. During the hoisting operation in the chemical equipment room, the equipment and pipelines shall be protected to prevent damage. It is not suitable to pass over people and equipment

16. All hoisting machines and tools, steel wire ropes, and the person in charge said that the cable wind rope, chain, snap ring, hook, etc. are not allowed to collide with the electrical line, and the safety distance must comply with the provisions of the voltage and allowable distance of the transmission line

17. When hoisting and transporting heavy objects, park them on the road, but do not block the traffic. Set "red light" warning at night

18. For hoisting large equipment and materials, the center of gravity shall be known, and the rope buckle shall be bolted in a balanced and stable manner to prevent individual rope buckles from being unhooked due to overload. Lifting coffins and other objects shall be tied firmly, and those over long shall be provided with safety signs

19. Hoisting personnel must comply with relevant regulations when working in flammable, explosive and toxic areas. Special personnel shall be assigned for patrol inspection of the external wind rope and stressed anchor points. When the wind rope crosses the road, it shall not be less than 7 meters from the ground, and special personnel shall be assigned for supervision

20. During the lifting operation, the personnel shall strictly adhere to the "ten no lifting" principle: do not lift if the command signal is unclear or the command is disorderly; Do not lift if the object is overloaded or unknown; Do not lift the inclined heavy objects; The light is dark, the energy level is poor, and the heavy objects are not hoisted; Do not lift when standing on heavy objects; Do not lift heavy objects buried underground; If the weight is not firm, the rope is knotted, and the rope is not complete, do not lift; Do not lift angular objects without cushion measures; Do not lift if the safety device fails; Do not lift heavy objects over the head, and do not lift when the steel water is too full
