At the same time, it should also be noted that due to the potential economic benefits of developing p-aminophenol, there has been a recent upsurge of development in China. There are more than a dozen units under construction. In addition, the original domestic manufacturers have also continued to tap the potential internally to enter Maite new aluminum to increase production or expand production. If half of these units are put into operation, the domestic p-aminophenol will be oversupplied, This is bound to cause a market price war and bring unnecessary losses to the country and enterprises. Qualified p-aminophenol production enterprises can consider launching the downstream products of p-aminophenol, or jointly developing with the downstream product production enterprises of p-aminophenol, so as to improve the gap between China's p-aminophenol and other countries in the field of application as soon as possible

3 strengthen the research and development of p-aminophenol production technology

at present, most p-aminophenol manufacturers in China use the reduction method of p-nitrophenol iron powder to produce, resulting in poor product quality, high production cost, and serious pollution, which limits the development of p-aminophenol. Although there are many production methods of p-aminophenol developed in China in recent years, the technology is not very qualified, the product quality is unstable, and the environmental pollution is relatively serious. In comparison, although nitrobenzene catalytic hydrogenation has large equipment investment and high technical requirements, it is a promising production process with low energy consumption, low pollution, few processes and low production cost. Relevant domestic scientific research institutions and production enterprises should strengthen the alliance, improve the industrialization level of nitrobenzene catalytic hydrogenation synthesis of p-aminophenol, and improve the technology as soon as possible, so as to change the current backward situation of p-aminophenol production process in China

4 raw material resources should be considered as much as possible in the new production unit

with the continuous improvement of nitrobenzene catalytic hydrogenation production technology, the advantages of raw material resources should be fully considered in the new p-aminophenol production unit in China. When developing new products, domestic enterprises producing nitric acid can give priority to launching p-aminophenol production plants, so that two of the four raw materials for the production of p-aminophenol, nitric acid and hydrogen, can be internally solved. In addition, the high-purity hydrogen produced by domestic chlor alkali enterprises in the production process is the best raw material for catalytic hydrogenation to synthesize p-aminophenol. At present, most chlor alkali enterprises empty this part of hydrogen. It is suggested that the new p-aminophenol production unit should give priority to the use of this part of hydrogen, which can greatly reduce the raw material cost and obtain greater economic benefits. In addition, the production process of nitrobenzene electrolytic reduction has also been successfully developed in China. It is suggested that this process should be preferentially used in new p-aminophenol production units where domestic power resources are sufficient. The fire performance requirements of thermal insulation materials and the fire resistance capacity of system structure are important conditions to determine the fire safety performance of external thermal insulation system
